TERROIR Single Vineyard. Tamar estuary easterly aspect. Loam over clay soil. Cool temperate frost free. REGION Tamar Valley, Northern Tasmania. MAKING Fruit was whole bunch pressed directly to barrel and wild fermented. The wine was left on lees to build texture and palate complexity. MOOD Pale gold in colour, delicate, seductive, and luscious savoury palate.
