It has some notes of dry flowers and is more textured, with a fine thread, seriousness, good freshness and balance and a long, dry finish. This comes from soils with more limestone, which is noticeable in the texture. It has contained ripeness and alcohol (12.5%) and very nice balance with citrus freshness. This is a step up from previous years.”
