90% Malbec, 10% Merlot from several plots. Partial whole cluster, partial direct pressed, the remaining grapes de-stemmed. 6-8 days maceration. Aged for 12 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Blackcurrant leaf, strawberry and liquorice on the nose. The palate is ripe with plums and blackberries. Lithe tannins coil. Geranium and cherry. Mineral and gourmand.
