Description

A single 1 hectare Malbec vineyard, of 50 year old vines on deep soil of rich siderolithic red clay covering Kimmeridgian limestone. East facing at an altitude of 330 meters. 20% whole bunches, the remainder de-stemmed. A gentle 4 week maceration, elevaged for 2 years in old barrels and another year in bottle.
