50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 2 weeks carbonic maceration. Elevage in used barrique, rested in bottle 12 months prior to release.  Liquorice and purple fruit aromas. There’s power here. Fig, blackberry leaf, candied fruit and Christmas cake. Mineral drive and a graphite edge, these tannins coil and fan out. Supple with a saline fleck. Kalamata olives. Pine needle. Deep. A wine to decant, or if you have the patience to cellar.
