Enjoy a selection of delicious viennoiserie from our wonderful local neighbour, Fabrice at Moi Bakery, paired with exceptional grower Champagnes. Loïc will guide you through two outstanding producers featured on the day: Champagne Hure Frères and Champagne André Robert.

Loïc Avril brings nearly two decades of experience to the wine and hospitality industry. He oversees the curation of exceptional beverage programs across a renowned group’s portfolio of celebrated venues and is also the Director of As You Wish Wines, the exclusive Australian importer of Champagne André Robert

Loïc’s impressive international career includes 11 years with The Fat Duck Group, where he worked as Assistant Head Sommelier at the Michelin-starred The Fat Duck in the UK and as Wine Director at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne.

Throughout his career, Loïc has received numerous international accolades. These include being named the third-best sommelier in Asia-Oceania in 2022, ranked 18th-best sommelier in the world at the 2019 ASI awards, and recognised as the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs World’s Best Young Sommelier in 2013.

Places are strictly limited to 24 guests, seated across three communal tables of eight.
