Rooted in family land once cultivated by the monks of Saint-Victor Abbey in Marseille, Domaine des Hautes-Blâches is located in Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. Thibaut Trollat continues twelve generations of agricultural expertise, guided by a deep respect for nature and the land.

The estate practises sustainable farming using compost, green manure and natural mulching. It has been certified organic since 1992 and Demeter biodynamic since 2022 — a rare commitment that places the natural cycle at the heart of every viticultural and olive-growing decision.

Sébastien Crowther has spent more than 15 years immersed in the world of wine. In 2013, he became only the second person in Australia to pass the rigorous Court of Master Sommeliers examination in London. Today, he helps conduct the Master Sommelier examinations in Australia each year and is a passionate mentor to the next generation of sommeliers.
