kiiThis October, Kiin is teaming up with our dear friend and wine aficionado Pierre Stock (founder of P.S Wine Selections) to host a one-night-only dinner. With just 30 seats available, it will be an evening of rare wines, seasonal food and the kind of warm hospitality you can only find at Kiin.
Chef/Owner Ben Bertei has crafted a seasonal menu to match Pierre’s hand-picked wine selection, highlighting how the elegance of French wines can elevate and compliment the vibrant, aromatic flavours of Thai cuisine.
This collaboration has been a long time coming. David and Pierre first met through the industry in Melbourne many years ago, and while their friendship has spanned decades, this will be the very first dinner they host together – and perhaps not the last.
