Sorry\nAbout the experience\nFor ten years Pierre was the sommelier and wine buyer behind France-Soir\, presiding over the almost encyclopaedic wine program of more than 2000 bottles. With France-Soir’s owner Jean-Paul Prunetti\, Pierre channelled his knowledge into French-wine importing business France-Soir Wine Selections. He has since left the restaurant and taken sole directorship of the importing operation\, which he rechristened Pierre Stock Wine Selections. On Thursday 14th August Pierre will join us at The Walrus for an intimate\, casual wine tasting where he will introduce us to 4 of his favourite Chablis producers. And we thought\, why not showcase some of the season’s best raw seafood in an accompanying sashimi snack plate? We’ll have the wines open by the glass on the evening and welcome guests to stay for dinner or another glass afterwards. Starts at 6:30pm sharp\, finishing around 7.45pm. $60 per person
