The Anduma range is the ideal introduction to Piedmont. The wines are sourced from friends who maintain a traditional family operation, farming with care and intensely focused on greening the local environment. The care and attention that goes into the Barbaresco and Barolo wines is undeniable. All water used in the process is drawn from the family’s ancient well and electricity is self-produced. Herbicides and chemical fertilizers are never used and farming is organic in practice. Il Fiume is composed of fruit from Commune Barbaresco while the elegant Quattro Colli bottling is from Commune Barolo
