Description

Savagnin Côtes du Jura 100% Savagnin, from old vines planted on a terroir of Lias-period marls , harvested by hand. Vinification is done naturally: very short maceration, transfer into oak barrels for fermentation and a maturation of five years. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
