Monomeith is one of the Adelaide Hills’ most distinctive and elevated vineyards, nestled in its own cool valley atop the Ashton ridge. The unique east-west row orientation means one half of the vineyard greets the morning sun, while the other soaks up the afternoon light—creating ideal conditions for complexity and depth.

The resulting Pinot Noir is a true reflection of its site: layered, aromatic, and vibrant. Crafted from fruit sourced at both Monomeith and Ashton vineyards, this wine sees 30% new French oak, with a mix of 100% whole cluster and 100% destemmed fermentations. The winemaking approach brings out classic varietal aromatics, juicy red fruit, and a lively, lipsmacking acidity. There’s a youthful energy here, wrapped in a core of depth and purity—a Pinot Noir that is both expressive and utterly moreish.
