Description

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, grown on a distinctive blend of 80% flint and 20% pebbly-chalk “Caillottes” soils, with vines averaging 20 to 30 years of age, this wine reflects the depth and character of its terroir.

Vinified with care — 75% in stainless steel tanks and oak vats, 25% in oak barrels — the red wine opens on a very intense red fruit nose that gracefully evolves into complex, spicy nuances. The palate is perfectly balanced, with smooth tannins and a lively freshness that carries through to a long and lingering finish.
