2022 Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis:

The 2022 Chablis exhibits scents of white peach, oyster shell and white flowers mingled with subtle hints of nutmeg and youthful reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it’s concentrated and racy, concluding with a long, precise finish.

2022 Chateau Yvonne Saumur Blanc:

This bottling comes from their 3 hectares of Chenin (ranging from 5 to 80-year-old vines). A burgundy lovers Chenin with perfectly integrated oak influence and complex notes of pear, apple, elderflower, honey, smoke, and tons of minerality.

2022 Domaine Rene Bouvier Marsannay Sans Soufre:

Great winemaker of red, we sometimes regret the lack of availability in white because Bernard Bouvier has the rare talent to excel in both colors. The range is divided in a very harmonious way between appellations, scales of crus and therefore on prices sometimes unattainable in Burgundy. Affordable generic, expressive villages, complex premiers crus and grands crus of guard, there is something for all palates and especially for all budgets.

2022 Domaine Pernot Belicard Beaune 1er Cru Les Pertuisots:

Mid lemon colour. A little touch of oak, a more generous fruit, soft white
orchard fruit, I think this will become more opulent with time, but there is enough acidity
behind, and good length

2022 Domaine Servin Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots:

Moderate wood sets off less elegant but beautifully layered aromas that include those of pear liqueur, essence of lemongrass and enough Chablis typicity to be convincing. The caressing but powerful larger-scaled flavors possess excellent density while exhibiting evident muscle on the impressively complex and persistent finish.

Unquestionably one of the jewels of Givry the domaine joblot has always remained very attached to its family roots. Patriarch Charles was a great supporter of the creation of the AOC Givry.
