Fruit was handpicked and basket pressed. Fermented and aged on lees in a combination of french barrique (some new), demi-muids, and ceramic egg. Bottled September 2023. "It’s a wheaty chardonnay with powerful fruit flavour running throughout. It tastes of stones, white peach, almonds and cedar, a minerally, smoky, herb-butter aspect trailing through the finish.
