The super sleek, intense and equally attractively textured flavors culminate in a bone-dry, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale. This could use more depth but the potential is clearly present. This is super-classic Chablis with a lightly milky, cheesy nose and a firm, chalky texture. Fine spice, paper ream, wet seashells and pear swirl across the chiselled palate and into the refined finish. These are 39 year-old vines and the fruit sees exclusively stainless steel. 94Points Tim Atkins
