Born from a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili—a biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano—this wine is crafted to capture the true essence of Pinot Grigio, a variety deeply rooted in Trentino. Sourced from two hectares of vineyards planted in alluvial and gravel soils, Fuoripista is 100% Pinot Grigio.

The grapes spend over eight months on skins in Spanish amphorae (Tinajas), before finishing in acacia oak barrels. This natural approach allows the delicate character and nuanced complexity of Pinot Grigio to shine through, offering a vibrant and authentic expression of the Trentino terroir.
