Grape variety 100% Marsanne.

Vineyard Blend of Marsanne on two plots of land in the commune of Mercurol, the vineyard is planted on gentle slopes facing south/southeast.

Terroir Clay-limestone soil mixed with rolled pebbles.

Vinification After pressing, the musts are severely clarified. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature is slow and malolactic fermentation is complete. The wines are aged on lees.

Aged for 10 months in barrels with 15% new wood.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Tasting This Marsanne vinified in wood offers a floral nose and white-fleshed fruits. The finish held by small bitters gives a beautiful length to the wine.
