100% Shiraz. Block 15 hand-picked on 24th March, 25% whole bunches, remainder destemmed, sorted and crushed. Wild yeast,
open fermenters and on skins for 21 days. A gentle maceration principle of wetting the cap. No pressings are used in this wine.
Matured in French oak for a total of 19 months – 12 months on lees in puncheons (35% new), blended and 7 months in foudre.
