100% Grenache. Sourced from Block 30, planted in 1946 and adjacent to the High Sands Block. Hand-picked 20th March and
selectively berry sorted. 100% destemmed, crushed and tipped into ceramic eggs. The fermentation occurred in the eggs with
gentle hand plunging, remaining on skins for 7 months. No pressings are used in this wine. Matured exclusively in ceramic eggs
for a total of 14 months. Bottled February 2024.
