From Lenswood, grown on sandy loam at 250–300m, showing a bright, textural expression of the variety. Part whole bunch pressed and wild fermented. Juicy wild strawberry and cranberry notes are lifted by subtle herbal and bitter citrus elements. Light, lively, and textural, with crisp acidity and a refreshing finish.
