This wine is a blend of eight clones, farmed organically (non-certified), with low yields of approximately 500 grams per vine. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation, and the wine is matured for 11 months in 30% new oak.

The 2024 Pinot Noir offers an intriguing profile of clove, spice, rose petals, violets, and dark berry fruit. The 2025 Pinot Noir is scheduled for release in early 2027.
