Description

A blend of Grenache with a touch of Cinsault, this wine undergoes whole-bunch, semi-carbonic fermentation in concrete over four weeks, creating its bright, lifted character.

The nose and palate are filled with vibrant red berries, cracked pepper, cherry cola and liquorice root. Pure, concentrated fruit is balanced by a savoury edge and an appealing lightness. Fine, supple tannins provide gentle structure, while the medium-bodied palate is incredibly easy to enjoy—and dangerously moreish.
