On the palate, this is the most structured and concentrated of the cuvées — dense dark fruit, earthy cocoa and a refined herbal thread that speaks clearly to Nyons' higher-altitude terroir. Firm, fine-grained tannins drive a long, spice-laden finish with real depth and presence.
