Description

Emphase draws from six parcels scattered around Comblanchien, each contributing its own character — distinct soils, expositions, rootstocks and vines averaging 60–70 years of age. Harvested at optimum ripeness through consistent vineyard tasting, the wine is made with whole cluster semi-carbonic maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, zero added sulphur, and one year in barrel. The result is a wine of genuine complexity and a compelling argument for the art of blending. A true village wine, and a standout in the Lienhardt range.
