A step up from the Beaune, Meursault and Chassagne, the Composition Parcellaire is made from plots from across the village (with Meix and Trezin to add from 2025, though the Trezin has just been replanted). Pale lemon colour, a classy nose with a lighter element of reduction. Fresh orchard fruit. This is very Puligny in style, with energy at the finish alongside a salty note. Drink from 2028-2033.
