Description

Fanny Sabre's Bourgogne Blanc is all about citrus, minerality and acidity. This wine is a blend from two clay and limestone parcels, both of which have beautiful terroir. One is in Meursault below the Château de Meursault and the other on the hillsides of Pommard next to Pommard terroir. The wine was aged on lees in 500 litre barrels. It was lightly filtered before bottling in July 2025. ABV
