Description

Grown organically since 1946 on red clay with ironstone over deep limestone and schist. About 65% whole bunch, wild fermented. The nose offers spiced compote with delicate herbal notes. The palate follows medium weighted with a fine texture, reminiscent of pinot noir, notes of Nordic spring fruit.
