Description

50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, vinification is an assemblage of carbonic maceration (7 days) and directly pressed. Elevaged half in used 1300 litre and half tank.  There’s an immediacy to the fruit, the aroma is energising, concentrated raspberries, wild berries and soft herbs. Vibrant red fruits on the palate, a stoney mineral drive. Red fruit skins. Fine tannins and a shimmy of salinity. Round and finessed.
