Description
Cassoulet is one of the great dishes of the French South-West — a hearty, slow-cooked speciality of the Languedoc region built around tender white beans, duck confit, duck fat and Toulouse sausage. Deeply satisfying and unmistakably French, it is comfort food in its most refined form.
To serve: Transfer to a casserole dish or terrine, top with breadcrumbs, and place in a very hot oven for approximately 10 minutes until golden.
Ingredients: White beans 37%, duck pieces 20%, broth (water, pork rind, tomato paste, salt), Toulouse sausage 14% (salted meat, pepper, natural pork casing), water, duck fat, salt, tomato paste, pepper flavouring, garlic pulp (garlic, salt, acidifier: E330), garlic, nutmeg, cloves, Herbes de Provence, natural flavours, dextrose, spice extract. May contain traces of celery, soy and gluten.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours
