‘Bis’ is French for ‘the space in-between’, which encapsulates the process and inspiration it took to make this exquisite non-vintage rosé.

“A sparkling rosé blend of 70/30% pinot noir/chardonnay made in the traditional method. It sits a pretty salmon pink in the glass with a fine, energetic bead and mousse. A fine, detailed bouquet of red cherry, wild strawberry and redcurrant with hints of soft spice, clover blossom, crème fraîche, apple turnover with fresh cream, rose petals and crushed minerals. Dry and finely focused, with a briny mineral energy to its cadence and perfectly balanced dosage.”
