Pineau d'Aunis rarely shows this well. La Grapperie's Adonis 2024 is a textbook expression of the grape — light on its feet, spiced, and wonderfully aromatic. Farmed on clay-limestone soils with minimal intervention in the cellar, it delivers crushed red berries, pink peppercorn, and a whisper of dried rose petal. The palate is clean and linear, with fine tannins and a mineral finish that lingers just long enough.
