Description

Flavour and texture are important in wine.  Vermentino comes from the warm and coastal climes of Italy, and our favourite examples are on the riper side and from Sardinia.  Sun kissed and ripe.  Flavour and texture ensured with a day of skin contact before pressing to a mixture of old large format oak and steel for natural ferment.

Here comes the sun, short skin contact, high solids, natural ferment. Matured in old large format barrique and steel.  Golden delicious apple, pink grapefruit and chamomile. Textural, saline and mineral elements dance across the palate like no one is watching.
