Description

Predominantly Grenache with 20% Cinsault and 10% Mourvedre, 12 days carbonic maceration, elevage in tank (60%) and used barriques (40%)  The best iteration of this wine I have seen. Cherries, cassis, violets and a jubey quality to the nose. This gives way to plums, leathered fruit and earl grey tea on the palate. Fine tannins, sweet spice. High drinkability.
