Tapanappa Winery With Ben Andrew Public Tasting Saturday 22nd August 12pm – 2pm

Tapanappa is a winery built on a single conviction: that place, not winemaker, determines the character of a great wine. Every bottle traces back to what Brian Croser calls Distinguished Sites — vineyards in South Australia where geology, climate, and variety converge with uncommon precision.

That path began in 1976 when Brian and Ann Croser founded Petaluma, methodically matching varieties to regions across Clare, the Adelaide Hills, and Coonawarra. Croser planted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the Piccadilly Valley from 1978, later adding Shiraz and Viognier at Mt Barker. The historic Bridgewater Mill, acquired in the mid-1980s, became home to Croser sparkling wine.

This Friday, our good friend Ben from Terroir Selection — distributor for these exceptional wineries — will be joining us to guide the tasting.
