Join us for a tasting with Werkstatt Wines— one of Australia’s most compelling voices in cool-climate winemaking.

Founded by Bridget Mac in 2022, Werkstatt was born from a rare convergence of artistic instinct and winemaking craft. Bridget trained as an artist before turning her attention to the cellar, spending formative vintages alongside some of the finest producers in Australia and France. The result is a range of wines that are precise, expressive, and quietly ambitious — drawing from the cool-climate traditions of Alsace and Austria, reimagined with a contemporary Australian sensibility.

The accolades have followed quickly. Bridget was named Young Gun of Wine’s Best New Act in 2024, the same year her Mount Gambier Riesling appeared in Max Allen’s top 20 drinks of the year. In 2025, her inaugural Gewürztraminer earned a place in the Halliday Wine Companion’s Top 100 Wines. Werkstatt is now poured at some of the country’s most respected tables.
