Tasted at the Union de Grand Cru in London. The Lynch Moussas has a classic Pauillac bouquet of tertiary-driven black, brambly fruit, hints of sage and cedar coming forth with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh on the entry, slightly savoury, with hints of Italian cured meats towards the spicy finish. This is a very fine Lynch Moussas. Tasted November 2012.
