Description

It illuminates the glass with its bright straw yellow mantle edged with greenish hues. The aromatic profile is intense and complex, characterized by a symphony of notes of yellow fruit, citrus and white flowers, with trails of almonds at the end. On the palate it is delicate, refined and immediate with a strong sapid-mineral lash. The drink is composed and well proportioned, made calibrated by the beautiful constant relationship between matter and freshness.

A small family run Domaine of just over 12 hectares, purchased by the Joussier family in 1985, with vines initially known to have been cultivated in the middle ages, situated in Saint Denis de Vaux, tucked away in the heart of the Cote Chalonnaise “value” area of  Burgundy. An excellent range of wines from regional to Mercury Blanc and Rouge. These wines have regularly received a “Star” from the Guide Hachette.
