2022 Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis:

The 2022 Chablis exhibits scents of white peach, oyster shell and white flowers mingled with subtle hints of nutmeg and youthful reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it’s concentrated and racy, concluding with a long, precise finish.

2021 Domaine Pernot Belicard Puligny Montrachet:

The 2021 Puligny-Montrachet Village has a taut and rather tight-lipped bouquet, perhaps a little closed after being bottled the previous month? The palate is well balanced and quite expressive, certainly spicier in style than its peers with veins of mandarin and pineapple.

2022 Domaine Servin Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses:

(from a .69 ha parcel planted in 1956). A reserved but exceptionally pretty nose somewhat grudgingly offers up its aromas of notably spicier white orchard fruit and cool floral whiffs along with hints of shrimp shell and iodine. There is better volume still if perhaps not quite the same minerality on the strikingly textured and hugely long finish that offers just a bit more complexity. This is excellent and worth considering.
