1 x 2023 Sami-Odi ‘Hoffmann Dallwitz’ (Syrah)

Our quintessential cask selection from DW-OLD (planted between 1888 & 1912) & ER-27 (planted in 1927).

These 19 Burgundian Pièces were gently assembled and bottled amid the spring of 2024 after enduring a 75 week elevage.

Bottles were filled without filtration, fining or sparging (the removal of naturally occurring oxygen & C02) and all transfers were completed via gravity prior to bottling.

This is supple, soft and open for enjoyment now, though will cellar for as long as your taste desires. It adores air and will continue to unfurl over many days if kept in cool conditions.

Yields ranged between 44 & 55 hectolitres per hectare.

5328 bottles were filled.

1 x 2022 Maxime Crotet Grenache Vintage

This Grenache Vintage (not certified) comes from the same vines as the classic Grenache. The only difference comes from the duration of maceration which goes from 6 days to 14 days. This translates in the bottle into a slightly richer and more powerful wine than its classic counterpart. The wine has more body, substance and tannin while keeping the same very fruity aromatic palette. It will be perfect to accompany your meals.

1 x 2022 Domaine Antoine Lienhardt Emphase Cotes De Nuits Villages

Antoine Lienhardt, a rising star and humble overachiever in the appellation of Cote de Nuits Villages. As a child, Antoine begged his grandmother to give him a section of her garden so he could tend to his own plants and vegetables. He was a dedicated green-thumb and loved every stage of the process from seed to harvest. He eagerly awaited the day when he would inherit the Comblanchien vines planted by his grandfather in the 1960s.

Six parcels location around the village of Comblanchien. Intended to show the beauty and complexity that comes with blending grapes from different soils, expositions, root stock and vine age (but averaging 60-70 years).
Organically farmed, incorporating some biodynamic principles and minimal plowing so as to not disturb the soils. Strict debudding to limit yields and encourage good concentration. All grapes are picked and sorted by hand at harvest
