Description

Handpicked. The vineyard sits on flint and red volcanic soils over a limestone bedrock. Fruit was fully destemmed and crushed before fermenting in open-top concrete vats, then pressed and aged in a selection of used demi-muids, hogsheads, and a 1200L foudre.
