Join us for an afternoon of exceptional Mornington Peninsula wine, presented by our good friend Will from The Wine Collection and distributor of the renowned Polperro Single Vineyard range.

Will brings to life the story of Polperro Estate — where five distinct vineyard sites on the Peninsula and heathcote capture the nuance of a cool maritime climate, expressed through some of Australia’s finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Framed by Port Phillip Bay, Western Port Bay, and Bass Strait, the Mornington Peninsula accounts for just 1% of Australia’s vineyard area, yet consistently delivers quality that outstrips supply.

At the heart of Polperro is the land itself. A certified organic, no-till, regenerative farm in Red Hill, where deep volcanic soils, ocean breezes, and a holistic approach to farming — composting, cover crops, native species, biodynamic principles — combine to produce wines that are far greater than the sum of their parts.
