Description

The Bedouet family has deep roots in the region, with the estate founded in the 1890s and now led by Michel Bedouet, who began organic conversion in 2010. Le Pallet, at the heart of the appellation, is a newly elevated Cru and home to some of Michel’s oldest vines. Grown on gneiss and mica-schist, these grapes are hand-harvested and the wine is aged two years sur lie, plus a year in bottle before release. Unlike most, which come from the local cooperative, Bedouet’s Le Pallet is a rare, artisanal expression—a true taste of Muscadet’s great terroir.
